How do I go back to work after Maternity leave?

It isn't easy to go back to work after a break and this break is different because your life has changed.

But you have to look at the reasons you want to go back to work and know you're WHY?

Why am I going back to work?

Do I want to go back to work? IF so WHY?

Do I go back to the same role and company? If so WHY?

Do I change my role and look for something new? If so WHY?

These are a couple of questions we have had to ask when we were going back to work after our Maternity leave!
