Handling candidate data and contacting candidates
When candidates register with TMR they are doing so in order to be contacted by our Directors to support their career needs. Therefore, as a business we can process the data supplied by candidates who register with TMR Ltd, as it is in their, and our, legitimate interest to do so. Furthermore we will continue to give our registered candidates control over their contact preference options, including the option for us to remove their account. All personally identifiable information (PII) is completely removed from our systems within 30 days.
How long does TMR keep data for?
Candidate data is deleted upon request or after a period of 12 months whichever comes first.
